A simple breakdown of my experience

The indoor pool was a hit, and our mornings started right with a delicious breakfast featuring waffles and fresh fruit. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Yet, we encountered some hiccups—our initial room wasn’t clean and we faced some frustrating delays at check-in. A mixed bag, but memorable nonetheless.

Just a prime choice for a passing visit in Joliet with excellent value for money. The staff was amazing and very polite, which made the experience better. Watch your step in the bathroom. the tiles can be pinchy.

Great Stay Close to Everything!

I stayed in a King Room with Accessible Tub. The room was super clean and comfy. The staff were all really friendly, especially Brittany, who helped with our group rate after my wedding. They even gave us welcome bags. Only thing was the breakfast area got a bit crowded, but everything was tasty.

Clean room, comfy bedding, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Only downside was noise from the nearby highways.

The hotel had a clean and comfortable room with a welcoming and friendly staff, especially Kylie. Although the hot tub in the room didn't work well and the old smoke smell persisted, the overall stay was pleasant, especially with the great breakfast offerings.

Also, the pool was closed for maintenance, which was a letdown, but I managed to find a trampoline park nearby for a bit of fun with the family.
